A background of nursing and more than 12 years in the NHS in various roles I found that I really enjoyed helping others regain balance and recovery in their lives which is one reason why I am also currently working with charities improving quality of life for people.

A consultaion is the first step of any massage service or program. Through discussion we ascertain together a clear plan of the massage service required. This usually takes around 20 miniuntes. For ongoing programs of treatment we will review progress periodically.
